Nicholas maintains an in person and virtual teaching studio with students of all ages and abilities. He creates a safe space to explore the fundamentals of flute and piccolo playing from the enthusiast to the consummate professional. Exploration of a flutist's sound through vocal technique is his specialty. Having experienced and recovered from a performance-related injury, he is particularly attentive to the physicality of playing the flute and advocates to his students the importance of posture, relaxation, and wellness to promote a lifetime of healthy flute playing. 

Each new student receives a free consultation lesson to discuss their goals in taking lessons or what they want to achieve in coaching sessions.
